Brian Smerud

Midstream projects throughout the Rocky Mountain region and in Africa. He made his mark in the corporate world participating in the development of a $20 billion-dollar Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) project in Mozambique, Africa. Brian received his M.S. in the Real Estate Built Environment from the University of Denver, and a B.S. in Finance along with a B.A. in Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Colorado. Brian excels in representing investors, commercial users, and tenants. He has developed substantial expertise in the industrial property type and land. He is very customer-focused and prides himself on providing the highest quality personal service to his clients and partners.
