Brent Silberbauer
Brent grew up in the Bay Area, but like many residents of Chico, he decided to put down roots after graduating from Chico State University in 2004. He is passionate about local real estate in Butte County and beyond. He got his start in investment real estate by working for a large institutional investor. Brent was fortunate to be mentored by a number of seasoned institutional investors and helped to grow his previous company in the area of commercial property management, government building management, homeowner’s association management, single family homes, and his personal favorite, multifamily housing. Brent has experience in new construction multifamily lease ups and marketing, proforma operating budgets for multifamily projects, multifamily property analytics, and consulting for new multifamily development. He is a numbers and spreadsheet nerd and loves to talk shop and pontificate on the future of the local market. He is also the founder of an online community of investors called “Butte County Real Estate Investors” where he posts real estate analysis online for busy investors looking to buy or sell investment property.
