Brendan joined The Flynn Company in 2004 and is a senior sales and leasing representative for the firm in Philadelphia market. His responsibilities include representing both Landlords and Tenants in leasing office space as well as handling sales transactions in the City of Philadelphia. Specifically, Brendan specializes in the sale of adaptive reuse, value-add and ground-up development site sales and is one of the most active brokers in Philadelphia within this space; in Center City and all of the surrounding neighborhoods. With a commercial real estate career spanning over 20+ years, Brendan has completed transactions with Alterra Properties, SEPTA, INTECH, Parkway Corporation, Citizens Bank, PFCU, PMC Property Group, The School District of Philadelphia, The Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Tower Investments, AMC Delancey Group, Odin Properties and Dwight City Group. Brendan is an active member of SIOR and Urban Land Institute.
