Bernardita Banfi

Banfi joined Metro 1 in 2014 and is a Broker Associate specializing in the leasing of retail & creative office space in Miami’s Urban Core. She works with Andres Nava, Tony Cho, and the leasing team to curate the right mix of tenants and specializes in food and beverage establishments. Bernardita excels in identifying cool and creative concepts for projects. She is in the market daily, touring prospects, assisting with lease transactions, and reporting leasing activity to our clients. She holds a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Universidad del Salvador In Argentina. She gained a wealth of insight working in marketing and sales in the Hospitality industry. Currently, she is working on obtaining her CCIM designation.
