Benjamin Rosenberg

Benny Rosenberg is a Partner at Diller Properties, a family owned Real Estate Investment firm in Los Angeles, California. Currently focused on medical office buildings and assisted living facilities, Benny’s duties include overseeing an extensive property management portfolio, compliance with government agencies and certification boards, marketing, and lease and sales negotiations. Before Diller Properties, Benny spent several years brokering commercial Real Estate deals, most notably at Marcus & Millichap’s West Los Angeles office. His experience centered on valuation of investment properties and negotiating sales of Senior Housing, Medical, and Multi-Family properties. Benny was an elected official previously serving on the Greater Wilshire Neighborhood Council of Los Angeles as well as the Hancock Park Homeowner's Association. He is presently a Board Member at Yavneh Hebrew Academy in Hancock Park, and a Trustee of Yeshiva Gedolah, Michael Diller High School of Los Angeles. Benny grew up in Los Angeles before attending Yeshiva University in New York, graduating in 2001 with a B.A. in Political Science. He currently lives in Hancock Park with his wife Shira, and his children Sophie, Enrique, Carolina, Vivian, and Esther – all of whom are enthusiastic Los Angeles Dodgers and Miami Dolphins fans.
