Avery Renner brings a powerful mix of academic insight and hands-on experience to the Mobile Home Park team. As she completes her degree in Business with a minor in Real Estate at Arizona State University, she has already built a deep passion for MHPs—drawn to the operational, NOI-driven nature of the asset class. Growing up with serial entrepreneur parents shaped her instinct for business early on. Today, she uses that foundation to help park owners improve operations, refine strategy, and elevate community value. Born and raised in Arizona, Avery knows the market intimately. She lives in Phoenix, began her college years on ASU’s cheer team, and is an avid traveler who rarely goes anywhere without her Pomeranian—especially if a beach is involved. Her favorite part of the business??Hearing owner stories and helping them unlock their communities’ highest potential.
