Artin Sepanian
As part of the Retail Investment Property Group, Artin Sepanian plays an important role in supporting clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail assets across the US. His specialization is on High Street Retail and Grocery Anchored shopping centers. Artin previously worked for BRC Advisors, Inc. from 2011-2017 where he closed more than $100 million in transactions. Artin holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from California State University, Northridge and is well versed on the intricacies of analyzing commercial properties using the discounted cash flow models and feasibility studies on rental rates. Artin is active in the real estate community and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
