Antonio Lopez believes that buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest decisions—and he treats it that way. For more than 20 years, he has guided families across the Pacific Northwest through every step of the journey, from first-time buyers finding their footing to longtime homeowners ready for their next chapter. His goal is simple: to make the process feel clear, supported, and even a little exciting. As a Managing Broker at John L. Scott Real Estate, Antonio leads The Fresh Look Team with a client-first approach built on trust, communication, and real results. His deep roots in King County mean he knows these neighborhoods—the schools, the streets, the market shifts—the way only someone who has spent more than two decades here can. That experience also extends into commercial real estate, where Antonio helps business owners and investors build and manage wealth through property. He earned his Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Cornell University and is currently working toward his CCIM designation. While his commercial work runs deep, it ultimately makes him a stronger advocate for his residential clients—he understands value, negotiation, and long-term investment, and brings all of it to the table when it's your home on the line. Antonio is honored to have been named Partner of the Year by the Seattle King County REALTORS® in 2024, where he currently serves as South Regional Director. He is also a former president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), where he continues to advocate for diversity and inclusion in the industry he loves. When he isn't helping clients, you'll find Antonio traveling to spots on his bucket list, catching a concert, exploring the Eastside's incredible food scene, or tending to his rose garden.
