Amy Ogden

Serving as a Partner of LOGIC Commercial Real Estate with a specialized focus in the Industrial & Logistics Division, Amy Ogden, SIOR, brings a seasoned perspective to an ever-changing market. Becoming one of the youngest professionals in Nevada to earn her SIOR designation, Amy has built a diverse portfolio over her 20-year career with both Cushman & Wakefield and LOGIC Commercial Real Estate. Her experience spans building acquisitions and dispositions, landlord and tenant representation, bankruptcy sales, 1031 exchanges, and corporate relocations. She has also led numerous on- and off-market land sales and development opportunities, leveraging her deep understanding of Southern Nevada’s increasingly constrained industrial land supply. Surpassing over $3B in total transactional volume, Amy has played a pivotal role in some of Southern Nevada’s most transformative industrial projects and has represented global and national names, including Pilot Flying J and prominent ecommerce users. Amy has facilitated a myriad of significant expansions across the logistics and distribution sectors, including all local Amazon locations, the Department of Veterans Affairs Campus, and Systemax – one of the largest build-to-suit projects in Southern Nevada at the time. Amy has been a featured speaker on multiple industry panels both regionally and locally and possesses a wealth of knowledge and unrivaled industry acumen, solidifying her stance as one of the top producers within the Las Vegas market. Beyond her professional achievements, Amy is deeply committed to serving her community. She currently serves as Community Relations Chair for the SIOR Southern Nevada Chapter, where she leads initiatives that give back to the local community. In addition to her involvement with SIOR, Amy supports local animal rescue centers and private rescue groups. Outside of work and community involvement, Amy is a wife and mother of two girls and two rescue dogs.
