
Alec Miller joined SimonCRE in 2024 as the Acquisitions and Dispositions Manager. He is responsible for overseeing the strategic management of property dispositions and the identification of acquisition opportunities for the company. Before joining SimonCRE, Alec sharpened his skills at Colliers International, specializing in Capital Market Transactions. His journey in commercial real estate began during his time at Arizona State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. During this time, he joined a boutique retail brokerage that later became part of the international brokerage firm Avison Young. During his six years in retail brokerage, Alec specialized in Landlord and Tenant Representation, working with diverse asset classes ranging from institutional power centers to strip centers. He played a pivotal role in assisting local and regional tenants in expanding their presence throughout Arizona. Alec is an active member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and contributes to charitable endeavors through involvement with Fore The Kids (FTK), a non-profit charity group. Beyond his professional pursuits, Alec finds joy in exploring the world, having traveled to over 13 countries across North America, Europe, and Asia. Fluent in French, he holds a special affinity for the French capital city of Paris. Alec also embraces outdoor activities such as golf, where he boasts a scratch handicap, and skiing during the winter months.
