Albert Carmichael

Al has been with Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate for over 35 years, serves on the Board of Directors, and has been active in retail and general commercial brokerage. He represents a wide variety of retail properties and has assisted a number of regional and national shopping center, hotel, and mall developers acquire sites. Al has also been involved with the development and syndication of commercial property such as Dominion Tower, Oyster Point Shopping Center, Airport Hilton Hotel, and several land development projects and residential development. Over the past several years Al has sold over 2,200 apartment units in Virginia.
