Adam Rooney

After graduating from SUNY Geneseo in 2011, Adam moved to Rochester and started his career in commercial brokerage. Over the course of his career Adam has transacted over $150,000,000 of total deal volume in both Tenant/Buyer and Landlord/Seller representation across all commercial asset classes including office, industrial, retail, vacant land and investment properties. Adam co-founded Benchmark Realty Advisors in early 2022 and looks to continue to provide value to his clients throughout Western NY.
