Thanet District Council has undertaken a full Architectural Review, including other suggestions of potential uses and how the building can be altered to improve its layout and structure of the building. The Architectural Review is available in the dataroom. Thanet District Council is particularly interested to see proposals that embrace the heritage significance of the building, enhance the leisure offer of Margate and deliver flexible performance spaces.
