152K + Annual income. 10 home portfolio offered are all rented and on the Aspire program formerly Housing Authority of Winston Salem. The houses are on a 3yr auto renew lease. These houses are subsidized through this program and 86% of the monthly income is paid by Aspire, the other 14% is paid by the tenants based on income. These houses get inspected annually to comply with the Housing Standards set forth by the program. These houses have been well maintained and have had many capital improvements over the last 3-5 years. These include roofs, siding, gutters, windows, kitchen cabinets, counters, bathroom vanities, plumbing fixtures, etc. We are currently requesting rent increases to boost the monthly income.
