Unit 2, Building 1 Wharf Street is a two storey former Victorian Wharf building located on the Warwick stretch of the Grand Union Canal, shortly before it reaches Leamington Spa. The property is of solid brick construction surmounted by a slate pitched roof. Rumour has it that this was a gym historically and used by Randolph Turpin (world middle weight champion boxer) in his heydays in Leamington Spa and Warwick.
