The Calls Fort Quarry has an operating history dating back to 1861 when Ansel Call settled the area and began to excavate gravel from the quarry site. Since then various parties have owned the land. However, none of the owners have excavated material from the quarry site in any significant quantities. Reeve & Associates, Inc., performed an analysis of the material reserves available on the Calls Fort Quarry based on the excavation parameters governed by Condition of Use Permit and the topology and geography of the property. Fully operational well. 82 acre feet. 40' x 80' pole style building with metal siding 220 power and 6 inch concrete floor. Built in 2010. Some equipment included.
