Brady Vineyard is an approved vesting tentative map subdivision located in southwestern Placer County and adjacent to the City of Roseville. The community will be gated and include 118 detached single-family residential lots on 25.7 acres. In addition, the proposed project would include 1.44 acres of landscape corridors, 1.57 acres of internal private roadways, 0.11-acre sewer lift station parcel and a 6.34-acre open space lot. A 0.31- mile multi-purpose trail and park area are planned within the open space area. Lot size range from a minimum of 5,000 sq. ft. (50’x100’) to 6,600 sq. ft. (66’x110’) up to 11,538 sq. ft.
