This site is located right off of US 301 on the north and south side of Courtney Palms Blvd. It is located right off the Selmon Expressway which provides easy access to Downtown Tampa to the west and Brandon to the east. Directly across the street is going to be the headquarters for Coco-Cola which is currently under construction.
