The Franciscan Square Phase II is slated to open 2023. Frontage along University Boulevard totaling nearly 9,000 SQ.FT. The proposed building will feature approximately 16,000 SQ.FT of professional Space and 17,500 SQ.FT of retail/ dining space. The building also plans to have 16 to 24 1-2 bedroom apartments. The new spaces will benefit from the already completed Phase I, Market Place at Franciscan Square with full-service dining and retail space. At the heart of the Marketplace is a large pedestrian friendly square for events and local community gatherings. This new space is located at the entrance to Franciscan University, which is home to 3000+ students and faculty. The development sits directly on University Blvd in Steubenville, Ohio, which provides direct access to the both US 22 and OH 7, as well as the Veteran's Memorial Bridge.
