Mountpark Illescas IV is a state-of-the-art logistics development consisting of two buildings: - Warehouse A of 36.566 m2 with 896 m2 of offices. - Warehouse B of 9,279 m2 with 747 m2 of offices. Both buildings will have high quality finishes and facilities, as well as excellent technical characteristics, such as large maneuvering yards, large traffic avenues, a large number of parking spaces for both cars and trucks and the capacity to generate photovoltaic electricity. Both ships are under construction and are expected to be delivered in January 2023. Warehouse A has 45 m2 of maneuvering yard, 45 loading and unloading docks, 2 access ramps, 37 parking spaces for trailers and 193 for vehicles. Warehouse B has 40 m2 of maneuvering yard, 8 loading and unloading docks, 1 access ramps, 37 parking spaces for trailers and 69 for vehicles.
