The Inspire office and services building is located in the Mermoz development zone (ZAC Mermoz) in Castelnau-Le-Lez. It brings together workspaces, dining areas, and a micro-nursery, emphasizing the shared use of spaces. Its renovation highlighted the use of bio-based materials (wood, wood wool, cellulose wadding) and renewable energy sources (a rooftop photovoltaic installation). The building has also been awarded the BEPOS Effinergie label, which recognizes its energy efficiency efforts.
