The site is strategically located on the Greenwich Peninsula, immediately to the west of the Blackwall Tunnel Southern Approach. The Blackwall Tunnel provides direct access into Central London and HGV access will be further improved next year when the Silvertown Tunnel opens making the site more attractive to companies requiring open sites to serve major London construction and infrastructure projects.
