Darbari Building is a contemporary space that was competed in 2020 and is home to a variety of different businesses including a bakery, renewable energy consultants, hairdressers and trade clothing showroom. Prow Park Business Village is an independently run Business Park home to R T Julian & Son Ltd, Newquay Self Storage and Prow Park Car Spa; as well as over 65 other national names including Screwfix, Enterprise Rent a Car and Marsh Commercial alongside local growing businesses like Skindog Surfboards, Hair by Serendipity and Good Company Tattoo. With a varied range of industries from retail to office, food to local makers, a barbers, hairdressers as well as a gym and indoor skate park! Built out of reclaimed shipping containers on the site of a disused concrete factory, Prow Park really is its own little village just outside Newquay.
