The premises are of steel portal frame construction with insulated profile sheet cladding to the walls and roof. Part of the front and side elevations was brick to a height of approximately 2.33m. The roof was pitched with a parapet to the front and incorporating translucent panels which provided a degree of natural light into the warehouse area. Solar panels were installed on part of the roof. Tower Street is located close to Hull City Centre and benefits from easy access onto St Peters Street, which in turn leads to the A1165 which provides excellent access onto the A63 which provides cross city links with the ports to the east and quick access onto the M62 and wider motorway network.
