The unit will be finished to shell and core and should be ready for occupation in 2026. The unit will benefit from E (d,e,f) and F1(a,b,c,d,e) and F2 (b) uses. Hours of use 8am to 8pm Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm Saturdays 10am to 4 pm Sundays and Bank Holidays.
