Sierra Ranch Plaza is a proposed ground up development consisting of just over 5 acres
of land at the southwest corner of Hillman and Corvina in Tulare, CA. The site is just north
of the Tulare Outlets, which is a regional shopping attraction, and adjacent to The Villas
at Sierra Ranch, which is a 92-lot residential subdivision that recently broke ground.
Additionally, the site is located between Prosperity Avenue to the south and Cartmill
Avenue to the north, in a high growth area of Tulare.
Additional commercial development is proposed just west of the site adjacent to HWY 99
which could include hotels and other commercial traffic drivers. The site is prime for retail
shops, quick service restaurants, medical and other uses to serve this growing part of town.
