A new 74 acre 1.4m sq ft Business Park planned to be developed by Stoford adjacent to their recently completed 670,000 sq ft Pets at Home distribution centre. Planning consent has been granted for a new logistics unit of 128,081 sq ft within Phase 1 and can be delivered within 12 months.
