St Ives is an attractive market town with a current population of approximately 19,000 and lies 30 miles north-west of Cambridge and 5 miles east of Huntingdon. The A14 trunk road which has recently been upgraded lies to the south of the town providing convenient access to both Cambridge and the M11 to the east and the A1 to the west. Willow Mere House is situated on the Compass Point Business Park, one of the principle employment areas serving St Ives and is convenient for a wide range of local facilities and services including Aldi, Morrisons, Costa, McDonalds and Tesco Extra.
