Pre-construction price is $160 per SF Post-Construction price is $180 per SF. Condo price (if applicable) is $200 per SF. Building four (4) new 15,000 SF buildings breaking ground August 2025. Each 15,000 SF Building can be divided in 1,500 SF units. Each 15,000 SF Building has 10 electric panels and meters (one for each 1,500 SF unit).
