This is the largest building on the estate and is of steel portal frame construction with a concrete floor and brick wall cladding to dado level. Roof has transparent panels providing a good level of lighting internally. The minimum eaves height is 4m rising to 6m at the apex and the building is suitable for storage purposes or workshop/light engineering subject to receiving the appropriate planning consent.
