263.8 Acres of almonds located in the desirable Rosedale - Rio Bravo Water Storage District. The orchard was planted in 2012 to NP, Price, and Sanora varieties with historical production available upon request. Water is provided by two (2) deep wells. One well is equipped with a 200 horsepower electric motor and the other well is equipped with a natural gas engine.
