The tract consists of 2.21 AC and is located at the north west corner of the Shepherd Creek rural residential subdivision. The tract front approximately 342 ft on the south side of SH 21, and approximately 205 ft along the west side Shepherd Creek road, and approximately 215 ft along Green Pastures Road. As shown in the attachment, TXDOT has acquired 150 ft for the HW 21 widening in the future.
