Cielo Vista is an 81,000 square foot medical retail project with frontage along Lake Pleasant Parkway in North Peoria at the intersection of Jomax and Lake Pleasant Parkway (LPP). Tenants will have options for building signage and monument signage along LPP. Lake Building is single story and will look and feel very much like retail. Summit Building will be like a more traditional medical office building (MOB). Tenants will have the right to lease reserved covered parking for their physicians and staff via canopies while covered parking is available. Building A will be built first.
