The Ventura Unified School District owns approximately 10.01 acres of real property located easterly terminus of Ralston Street and northerly terminus of Beaver Street in Ventura, California. The District is currently seeking proposals from qualified proposers to purchase or lease the property in its AS IS condition. The District will also accept and consider proposals offering to provide planning, design, construction and operation of a workforce housing development for District employees on the property.
