Saratoga Springs City Center is a high-end mixed use center proposed by CenterCal Properties. This project will feature several phases, the first of which is a general merchandise anchored retail project with several mid box spaces and great selection of pads and shops. The second phase will be focused on a denser downtown area with walkable retail, dining, and mid rise residential product over retail.
