Porthmadog is a principal town in north west Wales near Snowdonia National Park. It is located at the junction to the A497 and A487 approximately 25 miles south of Bangor where the A55 North Wales Expressway connects leading to Chester and the national motorway network. Penamser Industrial Estate is located approximately ½ a mile west of Porthmadog town centre adjacent to the A497 Porthmadog to Criccieth main road. The units are accessed directly from the main estate road.
