The South Central Ohio Industrial Park is a SiteOhio Authenticated industrial park located 11 miles from US35. The park boasts an adjacent electric substation with ample gas, water, and wastewater. All due diligence is complete, incentives are in place, and a Workforce Development Center is open in the Village of Greenfield. Skills training, certifications, and licensures are available at the center. Additionally, the center is open to resident industries for off-site training and educational opportunities for staff.
