Mr. Fang Zhong, present incumbent of president of Sino-American Development Corp., was born in 1964. He has been engaged in real estate development and construction industry for 26 years in which he has mastered all kinds of technology such as plastering, carpentry, water and electricity, fitment, fire control, air-condition, building design, engineering budget, and so on. He incorporated his Construction Engineering Company in 1987. After the accumulation of capital, Mr. Fang Zhong converted from a builder to a developer and incorporated Wuhan Pacific Real Estate Development Co., Ltd , a private company, engaged in real estate development and construction. Mr. Fang Zhong advanced in his knowledge and major in building design and MBA. In 1998, he received the title of Senior Economist and Senior Architect. Mr. Fang Zhong has reached the professional level in real estate development and construction industry. He operates all workflow of development including management, masterminding and supervising, from land requisition to project planning to plans designing to engineering construction to selling and masterminding to upper property management and so on, and he explored American market in 2002. Mr. Fang Zhong has excellent working experiences in real estate developing work flow of Chinese market and American market. After completing development of market in China , Mr. Fang Zhong registered Town House Land Limited in 2003 , a group parent company in Hong Kong , China , in order to expand and prosper the company and purchased Wuhan Pacific Real Estate Development Co., Ltd in the same year. From then on, there is a platform from inland to international market. The incorporated parent company prepared a ground for future (from 2004 to 2005) developing in American market. Mr. Fang Zhong had completed group capital operation in USA . He purchased a public company successfully on OTCBB market of NASDAQ on September 30, 2005 that is the financing platform for such a resource intensive real estate enterprise looking for. Mr. Fang Zhong is the president of following companies in several countries: Sino-American Development Corp., Town House Land Limited, Town House Land, Limited, Town House Land Inc., Town House Land Corp., Town House Land, and Limited Yichang Branch. Mr. Fang Zhong is quite capable of seizing the right moment and innovating in business. While developing his business, he also contributes to the social welfare, public utilities and participating in and discussing government and political affairs and is approved by the society. He has been honored as the Young Entrepreneur in Mid-South China and one of the Wuhan Top 10 Young Local Private Entrepreneurs.
