Zak Mirkowski

Zak Mirkowski joined Savills Chicago office in 2018 to serve corporate tenants, informed by his professional experience in roles of increasing responsibility with JLL and Cushman & Wakefield (DTZ). Building his career in the Greater Chicago Area, Zak works in partnership with his clients to develop a deep understanding of their operational objectives, which results in his ability to provide expert analysis, cultivate growth opportunities and deliver best-in-class business solutions. Zak’s work stretches across country, where he represents clients in multiple disciplines from logistics and manufacturing to e-commerce. He provides expertise across site selection and market analysis as well as negotiations for the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate. He maintains ongoing client relationships with effective transaction management and full-service corporate real estate account management. As a member of the firm’s Industrial Services Group (ISG), Zak leads his local team out of the Chicago office in the heart of downtown.
