Zachary Weil

Weil is a Senior Associate in CBRE’s Consulting Group in the Midtown Manhattan office. Zach maintains an active role in the collection, organization and analysis of all information pertaining to a particular assignment. His work also includes the development of decision making tools to help his clients build internal consensus and financial models to help his clients understand the financial implications of complex real estate transactions. He plays an important role in deal structuring, negotiation and transaction implementation. Prior to joining CBRE’s Consulting Group, Zach interned at the company’s Midtown Manhattan office for two summers working in the areas of Brokerage Services and Market Research.
