Zach specializes in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily assets in Washington State and the greater Northwest. With a background in Apartment Management, Zach’s experiences position him to effectively exceed his clients’ expectations and needs for multifamily assets in Secondary and Tertiary Markets. Zach joined Marcus & Millichap in 2013 and he is a member of the National Multi Housing Group. In 2016, Zach was a top ten agent in the Seattle office and earned his first National Sales Recognition Award (SRA) given to top performers in the firm. In 2018, Zach was a Top Five agent in the Seattle office and earned his second SRA. In 2019, he earned his third SRA. In 2020, Zach was a Top Five agent in the Seattle office and earned his fourth SRA and his first National Achievement Award (NAA) given to the top 10% of agents in the firm. In 2021, Zach earned his fifth SRA. Zach received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business. Born in Tacoma, Washington, Zach is a fourth-generation businessman in the Northwest. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and photography.
