Zachary Greenwood

Zach Greenwood is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield Northern California Multifamily Capital Markets Team. he specializes in investment real estate brokerage focusing on multifamily, mixed-use and land sales throughout Northern California. Zach started his brokerage career in 2014 and has been involved in representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of over 150 properties, encompassing more than 6,050 apartment units, and exceeding $1.28 Billion in transaction volume. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Zach served as Vice President on CBRE’s San Francisco East Bay Multifamily Sales Team. He began his real estate career with Cornish and Carey Commercial as an intern in their Downtown San Francisco office, where he worked with one of the top office tenant representation teams, specializing in business development. A Fresno, California native, Zach relocated to Bay Area in 2007 to attend The University of California, Berkeley. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics while competing as a Division I water polo player. He was a member of the 2007 NCAA Men’s Water Polo National Championship Team. Zach is married to his wife, Abby. They have five children - two daughters and three sons.
