Zach Zien

Zach went to University of Colorado, Boulder where he earned his degree in Political Science with a minor in Real Estate and Business Management. It was during those years where his career in real estate started. Zach worked for three years as a commercial property manager focusing on office and distressed retail centers. He now specializes in site selection, financial analysis and lease negotiation for tenants and buyers in the San Diego market. In his spare time, Zach loves spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, surfing and snowboarding.
