Zach White

Zachary is a native of Lincoln, NE. After high school he left Nebraska and moved to California where he attended the University of California, Santa Barbara. After graduating from UCSB he moved to Los Angeles where he began working in commercial real estate for Grubb & Ellis. While at Grubb & Ellis, Zach sold retail, office and multifamily investment properties and learned how to evaluate, market and sell commercial real estate. Zach then moved to Miami, FL where he formed Aventura Development Group and also served as the Director of Commercial Real Estate with Gray & Associates. In 2008, Zach returned to Lincoln, NE and where he teamed up with his father Tom to focus on residential and commercial land development. They own ZSA Realty Group, which is a full service commercial real estate company, and White Development Company, which is a land development company. Zach and his wife Andrea live in Lincoln with their two kids, Koa and Luna.
