Pool emphasizes long-term relationships, combining industry knowledge and expertise to provide solutions to each client’s needs. Before joining Northmarq, Pool served as an Associate Director at Stan Johnson Company. During his tenure, Pool has contributed to the closing of more than $700 million in transaction volume. Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Pool was a commercial banker at Bank of Oklahoma Financial, responsible for managing and growing a $50 million portfolio while also fostering long-term relationships with clients.
