Zach Nolan
Specializing in multi-housing investment sales in Florida.
Zach is a Managing Director in JLL Capital Markets, Americas’ Tampa office. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition with extensive experience in commercial real estate, including investment advisory, debt and equity placement. His primary focus is on multi-housing investment advisory throughout the state of Florida, including Central Florida, Southwest Florida, Jacksonville and the Panhandle. Zach also co-heads JLL’s Single-Family Rental (SFR) platform, transacting on build-to-rent communities and scattered single-family home portfolios throughout the United States. During the course of his career, Zach has been involved in more than $3 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Zach joined HFF in January 2013. Zach completed his master’s and bachelor’s degrees at Stanford University.
