Prior to joining Savills, Zach was executive vice president at Hughes Marino. During his 16 years at the corporate real estate advisory firm, he brought exceptional leadership and communication skills to his client relationships and projects. He began his tenant representation career at Equis Corporation, focusing on creating strategic real estate plans for companies with international operations. Zach has been recognized for his professional accomplishments including being highlighted by San Diego Metro Magazine’s “40 Under 40” class. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center. Zach is a member of the finance committee at the San Diego Jewish Academy. Zach is dedicated to charitable and philanthropic activities in support of organizations such as Make-A-Wish Foundation of San Diego, SAY San Diego, Jewish Family Services, McAlister Institute and SDJA. Zach graduated Cum Laude from Colorado State University where he was a member of the Alpine Ski Team. As an avid skier, Zach coached for the Beaver Creek children’s ski development program while attending university. His wife Jennifer and two children Sebastian and Ezekiel also share his passion for skiing. When Zach and his family are not at one of the boys’ many sporting events, you can find them ripping up the ski slopes or traveling to new and exciting destinations.
