Zach Kulics

Zach Kulics is a Florida native and grew up in West Palm Beach. He later moved to Orlando where he graduated from The University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Zach started his real estate career in the self-storage business working in site selection for a local developer. After joining Realty Capital in 2018, Zach became a Senior Leasing & Sales Advisor and was responsible for leasing a portfolio of 700,000 square feet of office, medical-office, and retail properties. Zach joined Citrus Capital, as a Co-Founder with Zach specializes in private equity land acquisition for residential and industrial development. Zach has been responsible for over $100 Million in sales and lease transactions. Now Zach is a Directo with Hold Thyssen and we are excited to see what his future holds.
