Zach Feldman

Zach Feldman is Vice President of Leasing for PEBB Enterprises and will oversee the firm’s leasing strategy and execution across the entire portfolio. Prior to joining PEBB in 2026, Zach served as Senior Vice President at Colliers and previously with Konover South Development Corporation, where he managed and leased approximately 1.4 million square feet across ground-up and stabilized assets. Over the course of his 16-year career, he has negotiated transactions contributing to more than $1 billion in annual rental income and has been involved in acquisitions, development, and redevelopment across multiple asset classes. Zach graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University with dual degrees in Finance and Real Estate. He is an active member of ICSC and serves on multiple South Florida boards.
