Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Zach began his career in commercial real estate at Stream Realty Partners where his key responsibilities included leasing, market research, landlord representation, and tenant representation. His most notable assets were Chase Tower, The Colonnade, The Quadrangle, The Quad, and Preston Plaza. He started his professional career at Dallas Baptist University, serving most recently as the Assistant Vice President for Advancement, fundraising for scholarships, building campaigns, and growing university relationships.
